How do I make a purchase on Ray Lingerie ?
- Shopping at raylingerie.com is easy:
- Use the links on the top of the page: LINGERIE, CORSET, CHEMISE, etc. You can also shop by clicking on “Shop” on top of the page and it will redirect you to all our products.
- Once you have found an item, Select your size and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button underneath each item.
- Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on the shopping bag link on the top right side of the page. You can use the ‘REMOVE FROM BAG’ button to delete items from your shopping bag.
- Click on ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order, Login or Register into your account and continue by filling the required details.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order ?
You do not need to create an account to place an order on https://raylingerie.com However, it will be an advantage if you create one, you will be able to view your order history, track your deliveries, and view your wish list!
What are the payment options ?
We accept Visa, MasterCard & PayPal. Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed. Also, the cash on delivery option is available for orders from Qatar only.
What delivery options do you offer ?
We offer a Home Delivery service in all Qatar. Worldwide express shipping is available by air. Time and cost of deliveries will vary depending on the location.
How long does it take for my delivery to arrive?
The delivery will be within 1 – 6 working days depending on your location.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card for purchase ?

When I place an order, how long does delivery take?
Your order confirmation email will inform you of the expected lead time for delivery. Our courier company will attempt to call you should they not have enough delivery information to deliver your order.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation with all the details.
I've received my order, but it's not suitable. Can I return it?
Ray Lingerie is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service. However, our products belong to intimate hygiene and are not subject to exchange and return.
What countries do you ship to?
Shipping is available worldwide.
How can I cancel an order?
Please call us immediately on +974 3342 6039 rather than email. This way we can check whether your order has been shipped or not. If it has been shipped, you will have to send the package back to us at your expense. Once we receive the items, you will be refunded back for the cost of the item(s) on the credit card used to place the order. Please note that shipping fees are non refundable. Office hours are Sunday – Thursday 8:00-5:00pm Qatar Time.
Can I add an item to an existing order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order that has already been placed. If you would like to add items, you will have to place a new order.
Can I change my payment information?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change your payment information. By default, we do not store any payment information on our systems.
